She Heals

She Heals is a healing and empowerment gathering for women who are ready to learn, grow, transform, and live boldly. Together, we’ll practice authenticity and courage as we explore trauma. We are building a strong sisterhood rooted in accountability, compassion, and support so each woman leaves more whole, more grounded, and more courageous.

Speakers & Themes
Our speakers are women who embody the very themes we’ll be exploring. Each brings her own lived experience, professional wisdom, and spiritual insight to guide us through the journey of healing and becoming. They will speak to:

• Learning — Helping us name our stories, reclaim identity, and see ourselves with clarity.
• Grace — Offering practices for cultivating self‑compassion and extending compassion to others and our past.
• Healing — Sharing tools and testimonies about addressing trauma with courage and tenderness.
• Living — Choosing to show up with presence, peace, and purpose in our everyday lives.
• Becoming — Encouraging bold transformation rooted in sustainability, integrity, and sisterhood.

Through their stories and guidance, the goal is for us to connect, learn, and grow from and with our sisters, creating a communal experience where every woman is both student and teacher.
