An embodied empowerment experience in nature.
🌿 EVENT EXPERIENCE
This is not just something you attend.
It’s something you step into.
SHE Decides: Rooted & Rising is a 4 hour immersive experience designed to reconnect you with your body, your voice, and your personal authority.
If you’ve been overthinking, holding back, doubting yourself, or waiting for the “right time”… this is where that shifts.
You will move.
You will feel.
You will reconnect with what is true.
You will make space for clarity and embodied choice.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more confident, more connected to yourself, and more certain about what you’re ready to claim in your life.
This is for the woman who feels something inside her ready to rise.
SATURDAY 7TH MARCH
⏰ 1pm – 5pm
🍽 Optional meal together at the barn afterwards (food and drinks purchased individually)
🌸 WHAT TO BRING
Please bring what you need to feel comfortable, grounded, and prepared for time in nature.
💧 A bottle of water (secure lid for inside the roundhouse)
🪨 A stone collected from nature — your garden, a walk, or the local beach
🧘 Your own mat, cushion, or anything comfortable to sit or lie on
🥨 A snack for the short break
👣 Sensible footwear for walking outside (ground may be muddy)
🧥 Layers — all paths between spaces are outdoors
🌊 Small towel if you’d like to dip feet or hands in the stream
Materials for writing on your stone will be provided.
You do NOT need to bring a journal or pen unless you personally enjoy having one.
This experience focuses on voice, embodiment, and lived expression.
👗 WHAT TO WEAR
Wear something you feel completely YOU in.
Comfortable. Expressive. Easy to move in.
This might be:
✨ Your favourite worn in tee
✨ A statement shirt or outfit
✨ Something that makes you feel confident and embodied
✨ Clothes that help you feel grounded, strong, or alive
Power clothes are welcome — but comfort matters most.
🍓 FOOD & DRINK
You’re welcome to bring a snack for the break.
✔ Eating and drinking happens outside
✔ Water bottles with lids are welcome inside
❌ No open food or drinks inside the roundhouse
🌿 MOVING AROUND THE SITE
The roundhouse, barn, toilets, and car park are connected by outdoor paths.
✔ You will walk outside between spaces
✔ Once inside the roundhouse, we remain mostly indoors for the main experience
✔ Please dress for the weather and bring layers
⚠ IMPORTANT TO KNOW
• Expect time outdoors in nature and at the stream
• Ground may be uneven or damp
• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in
• Limited spaces — this is an intimate experience
🍽 AFTER THE EXPERIENCE
A table is reserved at the barn for anyone who would like to stay, share food and/or drinks, and gently land after the day.
This is optional and paid individually.
You are free to join or head home whatever feels right for you.
