She Blooms is a one-day spring therapeutic retreat for women who feel the quiet pull for change.Spring is nature’s true new year - a season of awakening, clarity, and possibility. We're inviting you to pause, soften, and step into your next chapter with intention. It is a space to gently break down old walls, release what no longer fits, and reconnect with what wants to grow.
Through a blend of therapeutic exploration, meditation, coaching, and nourishing plant-based food from Maddie & Jo from The Nourished Mind you will be supported to:
• Reflect on where you are now and where you want to be
• Gain insight into patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks
• Re-imagine your future with intention rather than pressure
• Feel grounded, hopeful, and aligned as you move forward
This is not about “fixing” yourself, it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and choosing growth with compassion.
The day includes:
• A therapeutic workshop from author & therapist Maddie from Wholehearted Therapy focused on insight, release, and renewal
• Guided meditation for grounding and future visioning
• A nourishing plant-based lunch that supports body and mind
- A short local walk to move our bodies and connect with the gorgeous local countryside
- A collage workshop with Beth from Live Happy Coaching focusing on your vision for the year ahead
• A group coaching session with wellness coach Jo from The Energised Woman to clarify intentions and next steps
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected, with practical insights and a renewed sense of self-trust
