Join us for a nurturing and inspiring 6-week Creative Wellbeing Group, held at the beautiful Lady Margaret Hall on the historic Welbeck Estate in Nottinghamshire.
Lady Margaret Hall offers a peaceful, atmospheric setting surrounded by nature, making it an ideal space for creative exploration, emotional reflection, and personal growth.
This group is co-facilitated by:
✨ Natasha Hargrove, HCPC Registered Psychotherapist, experienced in supporting adults to gently explore their inner world, wellbeing, and emotional landscape through creative therapeutic approaches.
✨ Cat Story, renowned Welbeck artist known for her expressive, nature-inspired work and her warm, intuitive facilitation style.
Together, Natasha and Cat bring a unique blend of therapeutic insight and artistic expertise, offering a deeply supportive space to create, connect, and restore.

This group welcomes anyone aged 18+ who wishes to use creativity as a pathway to greater wellbeing.
