Gun jezelf een moment weg uit de drukte van het dagelijkse leven. Tijdens deze kleinschalige midweek creëren we samen een warme en veilige plek waar je volledig tot rust kan komen.
Met zachte yoga, ademwerk, healing sessies, gezonde voeding en tijd in de natuur brengen we lichaam en geest opnieuw in balans.
🌸 Wat mag je verwachten?
Elke dag starten we met een licht ontbijt van juice, fruit en healthy snacks.
Daarna volgt een ochtendsessie waarin ik een zachte vorm van yoga en ademwerk combineer. Alles gebeurt op jouw tempo.
Vervolgens brunchen we samen en genieten we van de heerlijke, gezonde gerechten van onze private chef Lotte 👩🏻‍🍳
In de namiddag is er ruimte voor vrije tijd, rust of een uitstap in de natuur.
’s Avonds komen we opnieuw samen voor een verdiepende sessie, gevolgd door een heerlijk diner.
Het programma blijft bewust flexibel zodat je ook kan detoxen van tijdsdruk en planning. Even uit je hoofd, in je lichaam.

🤍 Wie ben ik?
Ik ben Sharon (Shazy), Transformational Cupping Therapeut.
Ik begeleid mensen via healing massages, guasha workshops en voedingscoaching naar een gezondere en meer gebalanceerde levensstijl. Momenteel verdiep ik me ook verder in de Chinese voedingsleer om lichaam en energie nog beter te begrijpen.
Na ervaring te hebben opgedaan bij verschillende retreats voelde ik dat het moment daar was om mijn eigen retreat te creëren.

🌸 A typical day
Each morning begins with a light breakfast of fresh juices, fruits and healthy snacks.
We then move into a morning session, combining gentle yoga and breathwork to awaken the body and calm the mind.
Afterwards we gather for a delicious brunch, lovingly prepared by our private chef Lotte.
The afternoon offers free time to relax, explore the island or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
In the evening we come together again for a deepening session, followed by a nourishing dinner.

My name is Sharon (Shazy).
I work as a Transformational Cupping Therapist and guide people through healing massages, guasha workshops and nutritional coaching.
My passion is helping people reconnect with their body and create a more balanced and healthy way of living.
After assisting and participating in several retreats, I felt the call to create my own retreat experience where healing, connection and nourishment come together.
