We will begin the night with a 1 hour sit down conversation with Head Winemaker, Sam Rogers. The seminar includes a flight of 3 wines by Rose Hill Ferments. We will then move into a communal style dinner by Sira Ulō (covered by your ticket). The tasting room bar and bottle shop at Rose Hill will be open for service during throught the event.
