Join us for a transformative class workshop where we’ll symbolically release what no longer serves us. After discussing what limiting beliefs are and how they affect you, you will begin by writing down all the limiting beliefs, past hurts, and negative emotions you want to let go of on a plate. Then, in a safe and empowering ritual, we’ll shatter the plate to symbolize breaking free from those burdens.We will also work on creating positive affirmations to replace those limiting beliefs that no longer serve us.
This hands-on, cathartic experience offers a fresh start, helping you reclaim your power and create space for positivity and growth. All materials provided. Come with an open heart and leave feeling lighter, freer, and ready to embrace your future!
