Cardboard Boat Race
Both teammates must register ($5 each)
TEAMS & RACING FORMAT
Teams consist of 2 members; both must be inside the boat to race.
If a team member is unable to swim, or not a strong swimmer, then they must provide their own Personal Flotation Device (PFD). A swim test may be requested at any time.
Race will begin at approximately 6:30 PM - Doors open at 6:15 PM.
Race must begin and end with the 2 person crew intact.
Swimming and/or pulling the boat will result in disqualification.
Judges reserve the right to divide entrants into heats, depending on the number of vessels.
Races will be timed to determine the winner with fastest speed.
Awards will be presented for: speed, team spirit and best design
