Each gathering highlights a distinct cultural food tradition, inviting attendees to learn directly from culture bearers through a short presentation, table conversations, and interactive elements.
Discover the warmth and hospitality at the heart of Middle Eastern cuisines, where meals are an invitation to gather and connect. Participants will explore a variety of dishes, spices, and culinary traditions while learning how food reflects the history and shared cultural heritage across the region.
Featuring speaker Mina Ghoulipor, this event is presented in partnership with Sining Etniko, Grand Forks Public Library, Global Friends Coalition, and Kori Art. Attendees can also explore cultural items on display as part of the interactive experience.
