Shared Ground is a monthly gathering of women who are looking for MORE to life, something that can't be seen, something that can only be FELT.
Deep connection. Sisterhood. Internal landscaping. Come build new friendships that begin with a solid, healthy foundation of understanding, patience, support, and love.
Here, we share our journeys. We celebrate our wins, support each other through hard times, listen to what needs to be released, and explore our wildest dreams.

What to expect:
*Movement - a beginner-friendly yoga flow
*Art - this changes every month! It might be paint, clay, storytelling, dance, weaving or something else entirely.
*Freedom - be whoever you are; take part in whatever feels right to you and don't take part if it doesn't feel right.
*Growth - you will be challenged to consider thoughts you've never thought, feelings you've never felt, and be invited to take action to become the person you were always meant to be. Discover what it means to you to balance tenderness and discipline.
