In honor of Foster Care Awareness Month, and we’re celebrating by bringing our community together for a powerful cause; the well-being of our local foster children.
Join Share My Smile on June 27th at Tom Hanafan’s River’s Edge Park for our Foster Care Fun Run 1K/5K — a run for competitors and a family-friendly event dedicated to supporting foster children and the incredible families who open their hearts and homes to them.
Every mile run, every step walked, and every dollar raised helps bring hope, stability, and support to children and kids in foster care.

📍 Location: Tom Hanafan’s River’s Edge Park
🏃 Event: Foster Care Fun Run - a 5K for the runners, a 1K for families or those who like to stop and smell the roses. Tshirts and water will be provided for 1K/5K individuals, and 5K teams. Other tshirts will be available for purchase as a donation. Medals will be awarded to winners in many categories!
👟 Run or walk — all ages welcome! Even your furry friends on the 1K!
