Shaping Lifelong Success

At our schools, nothing is left to chance. Over many years of leading schools with differing contexts, we have developed learning structures that are rooted in research and proven in practice to raise attainment. Our curriculum is carefully designed and planned in detail to ensure high standards, enabling teachers of all experiences and aptitudes to deliver consistently high-quality teaching while also reducing workload. It is sequential and thoughtfully connected, so that pupils build knowledge and skills over time and learning is clearly linked across lessons and units.

We use a clear and effective approach to teaching and learning through our 8-Step Plan, which supports consistency in daily classroom practice. Visitors will see this in action and take away a clear breakdown of what we have found to be most effective.

We will also share additional supporting materials for core subjects, including approaches such as number facts and interleaving in mathematics, as well as our approach to reading. Alongside this, we will explore and share our personal development offer, which develops the whole child and underpins an ethos of character and aspiration.

Those attending will have access to any and all curriculum plans and resources to take away and trial in their own schools.
