What if we don't have to choose one over the other? What if there's a way to fit all the important parts in? How would it feel like to move the parts around, shape them in different ways, blend some parts and separate other parts?
Come discover and shape your own boundaries in this workshop, where we use art materials (modelling clay) to tap into our inner wisdom, express our wishes and explore adjustments for a more balanced and satisfying life.
Facilitators will guide your reflections to create your own boundaries map, you don't need art skills, just a willingness to have fun and explore!
