Shapeshifters Heartbeat: Boundaries & Resilience

Shapeshifters Heartbeat is a monthly gathering for professionals who work in-between roles: across functions, disciplines, departments, systems, or worlds. It’s a space to talk shop with peers who get it: the ambiguity, the translation work, the invisible labour, the sense that what you do matters even when it’s hard to name.

Each session is lightly facilitated and centres on one core Shapeshifter skill. Together, we’ll reflect on real life situations and underlying patterns, share practices, and look for ways to make our work more legible to ourselves and to each other. Less “vibes”, more craft.

We open the year with the foundation of our skillset: emotional resilience and boundary management, as an essential combination for those who work in-between.
