The purpose of Hard Qigong is to direct Qi to the muscles, tendons, and skin forcibly to energize them to their maximum level. Health benefits include the enhancement and strengthening of the Guardian Qi, while martial benefits involve developing a stronger, more muscular physique, enabling the practitioner to endure more intense training and effectively wield weapons.
Suitable for: Students ages 13+ of all experience levels. The practice will be moderately intense so participants should be in generally good health and free from serious medical conditions.
