About this Event
Learn how to use various weapons from the practical (short sticks and knives) to the traditional (bo staff, spear, Chinese Broadsword and more!). Your instructor is a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association with 20 years of experience teaching Shaolin Kung Fu.
Get functionally fit by training with the steel mace, then utilize that fitness with weapons skill training! We'll teach you traditional Shaolin Forms, practical techniques, and even spar with padded weapons. We keep things safe and friendly, but foster an atmosphere to challenge yourself and your peers!
All are welcome! We're out to prove to the world that anyone can fight!
