Discover the ancient practice of Shaolin Qigong techniques energy cultivation and internal alchemy passed down through a lineage of Buddhist martial arts family from Henan, China. Learn to cultivate and charge up the body with qi, vital life force, and to extend the qi through all the meridians for strengthening of the body, healing of the internal organs, muscles and tendons, and vitality from the inside, out. This class will consist of a warm up, guided practice of the qigong forms and breathing techniques, and finish with a live flute meditation.

Meet Chi!

Chi is a student of life with a passion for sharing the ancient sacred practices of Yoga, Reiki, Qigong, martial arts and internal alchemy. Chi also has a love for music and sound alchemy specifically the art of flute playing. She is a 200 hr certified yoga teacher of four years and a dedicated Reiki and Shaolin Qigong practitioner. Chi intends to share techniques that empower the community in their quest for inner peace and knowledge of the true nature of the self and cultivate an loving space of harmony, union, and celebration of life in each class!
