Shanty Boy!

Please join us for our second outdoor event featuring Michael Deren as he presents “Shanty Boy,” a reenactment of life in an 1800s lumber camp. Travel back in time with us to hear stories and songs about the lumber industry, which played a large role in the history of our area. Guests will also enjoy hands-on demonstrations of tools from that era. This family-friendly event is filled with heartfelt tales of life before the internet, cellphones, and computers.
