Gates open at 6pm and stroll through with a nice Guinness beer and enjoy samples of the best chilis from teams in Central Florida. PLUS, bonus samples of lip smacking food and amazing sauces from Mission BBQPlus live music from Tom Evan on the O'Paddy Stage and Black Thorn Brigade rocking the Guinness Stage until 11pm!
