Welcome to The Buddy System: Think speed dating, but for friendship.
Making friends as an adult can be hard—especially when you’re looking for connection that feels intentional, culturally familiar, and not centered around alcohol.
This interactive speed-friending experience was created to bring together People of Color and those who value community, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection in a fun, low-pressure environment. Through curated games, thought-provoking prompts, and interactive activities, you’ll move beyond surface-level conversation and discover how people think, communicate, what they value, and what connections feel natural.
Your ticket includes: one complimentary drink ticket to enjoy a handcrafted mocktail, with additional mocktails, select non-alcoholic beers, and other refreshments available for purchase. Each participant will leave with a goodie bag and will have chances to win prizes along the way.
