Shamanic trance dance is a contemporary dance ritual with ancient roots. We will journey with a blend of tribal rhythmic music, an intention, strong breathwork, and intuitive movement, as this powerful ritual transports the dancer into the timeless inner realms.
The dance is blindfolded, and this allows us to access deep trance states in which healings, insights, empowerments and visions arise. We can open up an experience of merging with the unconscious, accessing potent allies or guides, releasing tension and trauma, and receiving answers to life's questions. We can also deepen our spiritual connections with the web of life and its mysteries and raise our vibrations together.
