Shamanic Sound Bath

Please join intuitive healer and professional vocalist Olivia Bishop in a meditative sound bath. Olivia has been immersed in studying the shamanic healing traditions of her family’s bloodline. She blends the Celtic, Vedic, and Native healing frequencies of harp, tanpura, singing bowls, sacred singing, native flute, tuning forks, and rain stick to infuse the body and spirit in beauty and relaxation.

Each instrument is tuned to A=432 Hz, the healing frequency of the Earth that stabilizes and grounds us.

This group Sound Bath will begin with a short guided meditation to prime the body and mind to get the most out of your experience. You will then move on to an hour of being steeped in beautiful sound.

Sound Baths are known to be healing for:

6-6:30 - Arrive and settle in to your spot

6:30-7 - Guided meditation to prime the mind to allow the body to relax

7-8 - Sounds of Beauty

We have cushioned mats and blankets for lying during the sound bath but feel free to bring your own mat, cushion, pillow, or blanket for extra comfort. Please bring your own water bottle, and remember to stay extra hydrated afterward! Bath-goers report feeling clear, uplifted, and rested after sessions.
