You are invited to this program offered by the Center for Hope & Healing called The Midweek Reset, an intentional stop in the middle of the week. Each Wednesday morning we’ll pause for an hour to breathe, listen, reflect, and engage in other focused activities in a space that offers calm and clarity, where conversation and community remind us we’re not alone.

Led by the Center's facilitators, each week offers a different way for you to experience mindful activities, themed for each month.

We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday mornings at 9:00. We'll have coffee!

Info: Sound Healing with Mary Clare Pyron offers a gentle invitation to step away from the noise of life and enter a space of peace, calm, and restoration. These sessions create room to rest, breathe, and connect more deeply—with God, with yourself, and with the quiet strength within. Using crystal sound bowls and her voice, Mary Clare guides you into a meditative, restorative state where your mind slows, your body settles, and your spirit opens to healing and growth.

Info: Breathwork is the practice of intentionally altering your breathing to influence your mind, body, and nervous system. It’s more than just deep breathing—it’s a scientifically backed tool for healing, self-regulation, and expanded awareness. Guided breathwork offers a gentle yet profound way to access and move through emotions. It allows you to explore new perspectives and let go of what no longer serves.

Info: How many times have you wished you had a manual for raising kids? Not just a “how to treat a colicky baby” or "what to do with a temper tantrum” kind of book, but a book on how to raise your kiddo to be a kind and caring person in a world that’s pretty selfish and hard. Let’s talk about that together. We can share ideas on how to make God and his vision for the world real and alive for your kids (and you!). Based on the book Spiritual Conversations with Children, we’ll explore together how we can create dialogues that enrich our lives and those around us.
