$30 person | 1-1.5 hrs - Please bring a pen, journal, and an open heart and mind. Embark on a transformative journey into the depths of your psyche in this unique class designed to help you uncover and integrate your shadow self. Led by Medicine Woman Sabrina Jai, you will engage in deep introspection, self-reflection, and guided meditations to illuminate the hidden aspects of your being and find wholeness and healing.
This class combines Jungian theory with Shamanic practices to offer a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach to shadow work. It is designed to help students deepen their understanding of their shadow self and begin the process of integrating it into their conscious awareness.
This self-healing workshop is a monthly immersion group class/workshop that will help support you in various areas of your life that include:
Aspects of your life where you feel stuck
Healing your emotional wounds
Unlearning old habits and patterns that don’t serve you.
This course will also provide you with the tools and awareness that you need to break free of the baggage of trauma, self-sabotage, emotional wounds, and self-doubt. You will learn how you navigate into a new way of being and step into a life of balance, peace, and personal power.
During this course you will partake in thought-provoking:
Conversations and speeches
Journal prompts
Guided Meditations
Most importantly, you will be responsible for doing the homework.
Sabrina Jai is a modern-day Wisdom Keeper, and Medicine Woman trained in the Q'ero Peruvian (incan) tradition of Shamanic Energy Healing.
