Serenity in Stillness: Yin Yoga for Deep Relaxation

• Date: Thursdays (5/16, 5/30 and 6/4)
• Time: 6:30-7:30 PM * Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in

• What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, water, a friend and any props you may have (blanket, bolster, blocks), and an open heart.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, introspective, meditative style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods, typically from 3 to 5 minutes. This 60 minute practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body, allowing for a deep release of tension and increased flexibility.

Step into our serene studio space, filled with soft lighting, calming music, and an atmosphere of pure bliss. Allow yourself to let go of the outside world and fully embrace the present moment as you embark on this journey of self-discovery and renewal.
