I'm hosting a 1-day crafting and training experience with the shamanic spirit rattle.
Sunday May 3. Time: 9am-5pm. This event is fully catered.

Shamanic Rattles are essential helpers in disciplines such as ceremony, healing, clearing space, trance journeying, and communing/building relationships with spiritual allies.
During this workshop, you will design, craft and decorate your own unique rattle, letting yourself be guided and softening into the ancient wisdom being made available by this process.
Rattle Medicine has a lot to teach us about Intention & Receiving Guidance. Learning to lean on the often-invisible benevolent powers around us.
Training and learning is an equal part of this day, so you can receive a deeper understanding of its spiritual medicine, and responsible use.
We will practice several energetic techniques so you can experience the potency of this much-loved shamanic tool first hand.
This workshop is a big creative day that will leave you inspired and in awe of the vast potential ready to be released.

The Power of Intention When Working with a Shamanic Rattle:
When I pick up my shamanic rattle, the very first thing is to come into intention. In this work, intention is the bedrock of all practices—it’s the heartbeat of everything.
Every shake, every vibration, carries the energy I pour into it. If I’m calling in healing, I let that desire flow through my hands and into the sound.
When my mind and heart are aligned with what I’m asking for, the rattle becomes more than an instrument. It becomes a channel. The space around shifts, softens, and opens, making room for healing to take root.
Clearing Stagnant Energy:
One of the things I love most about using a rattle is how quickly it clears stagnant energy. As it moves through the air, I can feel the sound breaking up heaviness.
During healing sessions, this clearing is essential. Emotional blockages can cling tightly, and the rattle helps loosen what’s ready to move. It creates space for breath, for release, for renewal.
Inviting Spirit Guides:
I often use my rattle to call in my Ancestors & guides. There’s something ancient and familiar about the way the sound reaches into the unseen. When my intention is clear and my heart is open, I can feel the energy shift as the presence of my Helpers arrive.
The rattle becomes a bridge—one that connects me to the wisdom and support that isn’t visible but is always present. The insights that come through in these moments often illuminate exactly what needs attention.
