Sacred Shamanic Journey for Radical Self-Love
February is the month to celebrate LOVE. But how often do we celebrate and cultivate love for ourselves? This workshop will lead you into a shamanic journey to deepen your passion for your soul. Allison will create a ceremonial space for the group and guide us with drumming into a meditative state where we can meet our highest selves, spirit guides, ancestors, power animals, and angels. This experience will lead us beyond our consciousness to heal past traumas, seek guidance, meet our most authentic potential, and cultivate a deep connection with Spirit, both within us and around us.
After the journey, we will spend time journaling and sharing our experiences. Whether you are experienced in shamanic healing work or new to this practice, this workshop is here to support you.

- A journal
- Eye mask or bandana
- Cozy blanket or sweater
