Shamanic Healing Training

Vanessa teaches shamanic healing with the vision of restoration of inner knowing.

Her work draws on Seiðr, a Nordic practice rooted in guided trance and energetic attunement. Through voice, movement, and symbolism, participants are invited to access intuitive and oracular insight.

Vanessa also incorporates energy medicine, which observes and works with the energetic pathways that move through the body, often travelling through long-held patterns and structures. Combined with shamanic journeying and feminine-centred folklore traditions, these practices support individuals to gently release layers of personal and ancestral bindings, allowing new ways of receiving, perceiving, and moving through life. Each process unfolds uniquely for the individual.

Practised with care and structure, this shamanic training allows a pathway into the worlds of ecstasy and liberation, and allows the healer the opportunity to connect with a deeper level of intuition and guidance to birth healing skills into the new world.

Vanessa encourages rule breaking, personal emancipation and vital, embodied aliveness as we journey to create an opening to share healing, ceremony, and the celebration of life.

Participation in this training requires a one-on-one healing session with Vanessa. This ensures the program is safe, appropriate, and supportive for everyone involved.

You’re warmly invited to apply if you feel drawn to this work. Previous experience or formal training is welcome but not essential; all applications will be considered based on individual readiness and suitability.

This training is intended for individuals with experience in any of the following:

• Shamanic healing or practitioner work
• Ongoing practice involving shamanic journeying
• Familiarity with trance or altered states of consciousness
• Training in complementary healing modalities (ie Theta Healing or Pranic Healing)

Your wellbeing is central to this work. Because the training includes guided trance states, it carries inherent risks. Participants are expected to take responsibility for their own health and seek additional support when needed.
If you have a heart condition or serious medical concerns, this training may not be suitable.

Training Requirements:
• A handmade staff (up to heart height)
• A frame drum
• A cloak or hooded garment
• A rattle

Anyone found ineligible after the assessment session will receive a full refund. Refunds are otherwise not available, though fees may be transferred to a later training in extenuating circumstances.
