Come and experience the healing qualities of sound with Amdal - Shamanic Practitioner and Sound Therapist.
In this group session you can either be led down on a yoga mat or sat on the bench seating. For your own comfort please bring your own comfy pillows, blankets and yoga mat; if you choose to participate laying down.
You will be exposed to a wide variety of instruments and sounds that carry frequencies and vibrations that can help you in the following areas:
- Increased focus and concentration
- Feel more relaxed
- Help with a better nights sleep
- A chance to practice meditation
- Help elivate anxiety and depression
- A time simply just to relax and have time for you
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the start time. The doors will shut promptly at the start time and will not be opened again due to the sound bath commencing.
**PLEASE NOTE**
Like most things, there are unfortunately a few contraindications that make a sound baths unsuitable for some people. When you make your payment, it is assumed that you have fully read the entire event description. If you have one of these conditions and attend the sound bath and then react adversely, this will be fully your responsibility.

4. 1st trimester of pregnancy
5. Acute mental health issues
6. PTSD activated by loud sounds
7. Sensitivity to loud or piercing sounds
