Join me for a nourishing, pulsing, grounding, crazy-cool experience!
We will gather in the caves, in the energy of EARTH DAY. The celebration and honoring of our HOME. Deepening in her belly, surrounded by LOVE. Aligning with Gratitude and Wonder. The structure of the Masculine Earth energy- rock, presence, focus, protection, shelter, ROOTING, weaving balance with the Feminine energy- creative impulse, secret passages, expression, nurturing, dreaming and ROUTING.
A waxing Moon whispers of change, inviting us to open wider with curiosity, to be fluid and expressive.
Attuning to the frequencies of balance, co-creation, and limitless possibilities. Co-existence requests Grace and respect for each's experience. The innate knowing of migration, of hibernation, of cycling. Attuning to the vibration of Truth, discarding discord and any manipulations that keep us feeling separated. We are Here. And we are All Here Together.
Allow the Flow from our gathering inside the Earth to invite you, inform you, awaken your remembering. Let the cave energies nourish and soften the intensity we have all been traveling with. Let the cave energies clarify and remind us of what we are agreeing with.
As as extra delight, I will be joined by my Priestess Sister Sharon Owens-Kabatek, also well versed in the conversation of vibrations and moving energy, creating a multi layered sound experience! We will work as a Sacred Team, inviting participants to surrender and feeeeeel the sounds as they travel as unique encounters. We will energetically move through the depths and passages of the cave, the Earth, and our Being. Rippling invitations to open-open-open. re-member....re-member.......REMEMBER....
Feel the vibrations~ inspired by the circular motion of the sound of glass and high quality metal bowls, rattles, bells, chimes, voice tones and hand drum beats, collectively known as a "sound immersion". Feel the taps on the gong as the vibrations ripple into you...and further into the Universe. (You-in-Verse...) Become fully present. No thoughts. No where to go. Nothing to do. Simply noticing the sensations of energy. Noticing the choice to allow the freedom.
Experience a Shamanic Pranayama session, deep in the Earth, breathing an intense sequenced rhythm designed to stir up your energetic operating system. Sit in the depth of surrender as the lights go out, listening deeply to the drips and subtle sounds of complete and utter darkness.
Breathe deeply, root, re-member your route.
Sitting or laying in the Cave's constant 52 degrees, we will also align with the spring temperatures, the awakening, the clue and invitation. The seasonal warming which causes so much emergence, while we merge and become the Sacred Space. No separation. Dissolve and disappear into the sounds, the silence, the darkness, the expansiveness.
Hearing the echo of the sound vibrations bouncing and dancing through the caverns, the drips of the water and perhaps, listening closely, carefully, reverently... the constant pulse of the Earth. The co-creation of His/Her heartbeat, a constant prayer.
Ascend from the depths into the fresh spring night air, with a knowing of a group journey, like nothing encountered before. Gaze into the skies and breathe with the rising waxing Moon, and perhaps watch for shooting stars, with all chakras wide open, deeply grounded and present, feeling Full of your Self.

This is a Sacred Experience, designed to be meaningful to your forward motion. Please arrive with the respect for other participants and your intention on personal advancement.
2 hour event- please arrive early to get checked in and ready to flow.
Your payment is your ticket. I keep a list as people check in with payment. (You can screen shot your payment if you'd like for extra reassurance, and I run a tight ship, so no worries. lol.)
