Join us for a four-part sound journey designed to support relaxation, reflection, and inner connection. We’ll begin with the RAV Vast, a gentle steel tongue handpan, its resonant tones helping you settle into the present moment and reflect on your intention for the journey. The shamanic drum will then guide you deeper, carrying you through a meditative exploration of inner landscapes. Next, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of ocean drums and singing bowls, allowing contemplation and gentle release. We’ll close with tuning fork harmonics, followed by the RAV Vast once more, helping you integrate the experience and return fully grounded.Bring a journal and an open heart—no experience needed.

Cost is $30 for this 90 minute event that includes shamanic drumming, tuning forks, and yogic breathing practices.
Extra thick mats, blankets, yoga blocks are included. Suggested you bring extra blankets to cover with and pillow for your head. If you'd like.
