We invite you to join a two-day introduction to shamanic drum practice and guided journey work.
Participants will learn how to enter a light trance state using rhythm, explore inner imagery in a structured way, and reflect on the experience in a safe group setting. Themes include working with personal resources, facing fear, healing processes, and strengthening connection to inner guidance.
Karolina Czaja has studied and practiced shamanic traditions rooted in Slavic and Siberian culture for many years. Her background also includes training in hypnotherapy and structured shamanic education.
She combines traditional practice with a grounded, respectful approach, creating a safe and focused space for inner exploration and personal development.
No prior experience is needed.
We are keeping the group intentionally small to create a supportive and attentive environment. Limited availability — early registration is recommended.
Shamanic work is often deepened through shared experience.
