Round 2! The first session was such a success it would be a crime not to do this again.
Join a small group of women for an intensive breathwork deep dive into the mysterious world of your body, mind and spirit.
Set to specially selected music, we will journey together for one hour with a focus around emotional release and healing from deep within. Our keepers of the safe space will ensure you are held and nurtured to go as deep as you want.
There will be sharing circles and time for gentle integration & journalling, and some grounding soup and tea. VV, GF.
It is a great day out in a stunning bush setting in the Adelaide Hills connecting with interesting souls, letting your hair down and doing something connecting and genuinely transformative.
Please note that this is an intense activity, not gentle. You need to be fit and healthy. Not suitable for people with heart problems or breathing difficulties, people on anti-psychotics, PTSD (or significant trauma) and people with personal growth avoidance disorder...

Although the event officially finishes at 2.00, you're welcome to hang longer and chill in nature or go for a swim.
