We will be guiding you on this journey while using tools such as drums, rattles, chimes, tuning forks and essential oils.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Sydney is a certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator trained under Anahata Ananda in Sedona, Arizona, and a trauma-informed Kundalini Yoga instructor (200-hour RYT). With a background as an integrative health practitioner and a deep understanding of Ayurveda, Sydney is passionate about guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Her mission is to help others reconnect with their true selves while restoring vitality and contentment to the mind, body, and spirit. Through her work, Sydney creates a safe and transformative space for growth, empowerment, and holistic well-being.
