Come join us on January 11, 2025, for our Last Chance: Open Enrollment Community Resource Fair. This FREE in-person event will be held at the Frederick Community College Student Center (7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702) from 10am - 2pm.This event is open to the public. However, we encourage you to reserve your spot(s).

• FREE resources and information from local organizations and community partners.
• FREE on-site assistance with the Maryland Health Connection application provided by HealthCare Access Maryland.

Maryland Health Connection Application Assistance
If you are interested in accessing the free on-site assistance with the Maryland Health Connection, you'll need:

• Birth dates
• Social Security number or other document number
• Employer and income information
• Citizenship or immigration information
• Information about any job-related health insurance available to you
• Photo ID, if applying in person
