Cacao drinks have been used for heart-opening as well as emotional and spiritual healing for thousands of years. Shamanic Breathwork is a way to access our truth, held in the mysteries of our psyche and body, supporting us in a return to our authentic selves.
With these ceremonies, we will honor the energies of this longest night through Shamanic Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony to reverently connect with the sacred within us, sowing the seeds for our growth into all that we can be.
