We breathe to the pulse of our own inner wisdom. We breathe to the pulse of nature's rhythms. We breathe to surrender ourselves to the cycles within and without. We breathe to celebrate the beginning of a new cycle.
A year has passed and the light is returning from its depths. According to the Gregorian Calendar, we've just closed the chapter of 2025. In numerology these numbers add up to 9, making it the last in a cycle. That makes 2026 the beginning of a new cycle, with the numbers adding up to 10 and the zero staying a zero, making it a year 1.
This is a chance to start the new cycle with intention! To claim that you are ready to show up for yourself and your surroundings, to start things anew and maybe to ask for guidance to understand where you should focus your energy in this new-born cycle 💚

Shamanic Breathwork is a method founded by Linda Starwolf over 30 years ago and draws on the foundational pillars of Holotropic Breathwork and shamanic practices. When journeying with Shamanic Breathwork, you will get a thorough introduction and time to integrate and land your experience. The journey itself is supported by circular breathing, powerful music and bodywork. These elements let you journey with an expanded state of consciousness. The journey can be a physical exploration in your body, a meeting with your higher self, a travel to previous lives, a trip to another galaxy or a visit back in your childhood. We say: “breathe until you are surprised”... You might not get what you expect but we trust that you always get what you need. The journey itself is around 1 hour and can be experienced as a quiet inward journey or as a more physical journey with emotional reactions such as crying, shaking, dancing, screaming, laughing etc.
Shamanic Breathwork is a practice that helps us to connect with our own healing power and wisdom. Therefore the breathwork is not guided but instead the space is held for you to surrender to an inner guidance. There is no right or wrong way to do this! When connecting to this place, a journey may help with understanding life patterns, move energy connected to trauma and receiving help, power and guidance from the spirit world.

I am a sensuous and silly creature, who walk the dark with a light and wild-beating heart. I have a strong belief in community, love, magic, transformation, hope and connection. I live in a collective and a big part of my life is dedicated to communities and co-creation. My spiritual and shamanic practice is rooted in the earth, the body, the elements, sensuality and sexuality, Nordic traditions and working with the spirits. Often I shapeshift into different creatures and through play I receive teachings. As a facilitator of Shamanic Breathwork, I aspire to create and hold sacred (and fun) spaces that feel safe(r) - from where we can dive into ourselves and connect with our own medicine and healing powers.
