Perhaps this may be the key to a path of greater wisdom, consciousness, and pure wonder, with the power of every single conscious connected breath. Thus, evolve on your true path. The experience is highly personal to your growth and expansion beyond.

Come lay down, rest your head, close your eyes, and you will be guided to consciously connect your inhale with your exhale. (very simple). Be taken on a journey. Beyond the depths of the 'EGO MIND' into an altered/non-ordinary state of being to your soul origin.

This 3-hour intimate gathering (9 participants) will include:

💛Sage smudging upon entry to energetically cleanse our sacred space

💛Introduction (20 minutes)

💛Shamanic Breathwork Journey (1 1/2 hours) including drumming, and SOUND JOURNEY- The role of music is such a critical transformative part of the Shamanic Breathwork Journey. To help transcend into calmness, and groundedness and release something that can be transmuted into emotions. It can feel so profound and can flood us on a psychological and physiological level. To immerse in the cosmic sounds to expand your sense of space beyond the earth plane. Into a mystical world beyond

💛Personal devotion and reflection through Mandala Drawing or journaling. (snacks will be given out during this time)

💛Dyad sharing and witnessing (15 minutes)

💛Tips for integration, resources, and time to allow for any questions. This is also time to enable the group to express itself and stir us into becoming aware of whatever innate intelligence wants to arise during our time together.
