Shamanic Breathwork

The breath is the spirit of the wind moving through us.
It is one of our most ancient medicines.
Always here. Always moving. Always bringing us back into relationship with life.
When our breath becomes shallow, we may notice the ways we have also become shallow in our relationship with ourselves, holding back, protecting, contracting, moving through life without fully letting it touch us.
And when we allow the breath to deepen, we create space to meet more of ourselves.
The grief.
The joy.
The anger.
The tenderness.
The places we have closed and the places ready to open again.
But this work isn’t about forcing ourselves to breathe deeper all the time. It is about relationship. Learning when to expand and when to soften. When to surrender and when to simply be with what is.
In Shamanic Breathwork, the breath becomes the medicine and the ceremony becomes the container, a space to journey inward and reconnect with the inner healer that already lives within us all.
And I’m especially excited to have Javier joining us for this ceremony, offering shamanic healing sounds to support the closing of our breathwork journey and guide us back into the body.
