The Shamanic Breathwork ceremony is a powerful transformational journey that inspires individuals to awaken the Shaman within and reconnect with it. Shamanic Breathwork honors and blends the timeless wisdom of ancient traditions with the emerging methods of healing and teaching from the new paradigm.
As old wounds and dysfunctional patterns are released and transformed, individuals begin to reclaim lost soul parts and remember the magic of who they truly are. Empowerment brings wholeness and healing back into their lives.
The Shamanic Breathwork ceremony begins by establishing a safe and sacred space. Participants lie down and focus on surrendering to their Shaman Within, calling upon that which is most sacred to them. Guided by the heartbeat of a shamanic drum, they journey through sacred space, supported by chakra-attuned music that facilitates deep transformation. Using the power of conscious connected breathing to enter a natural, altered, dreamlike state, ego defenses are released, and the journey unfolds in a variety of magical ways. The breath functions as the rainbow bridge between body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit.
To fully grasp the transformative power of Shamanic Breathwork, it must be experienced firsthand—each journey is unique and deeply personal.
Absolutely no experience is necessary. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move in—something you might wear to a yoga class. Please bring a water bottle, your journal, and an eye mask. Most importantly, bring yourself exactly as you are.
