Join us for a three hour ceremonial breathwork journey and sound healing exploring the themes of rebirth, release, and integration.
As we move through powerful collective shifts and the lessons of this past Snake year, this gathering offers a space to breathe, feel, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence within the body and spirit. Through breath, music, and sound we open a doorway to remembrance and renewal.
Shamanic Breathwork is a ceremonial breath journey rooted in the teachings of Linda Starwolf of Venus Rising. This practice combines conscious breathing, chakra attuned music, and sacred space to support emotional release, spiritual insight, and deep inner healing.
The work is called shamanic because it invites us to journey within and reconnect with the inner shaman that lives in each of us. The breath becomes the medicine, and the ceremony becomes the container for transformation.
During our time together we will move through three phases.
The first hour will focus on grounding, creating a safe container, and sharing guidelines for breathwork. This includes discussion of safety, boundaries, and intentions so that everyone can enter the space with clarity and trust.
The second hour is the active breath journey. Participants will be guided through rhythmic breathing supported by a carefully curated musical journey based on the chakra system.
After the breathwork, we will enter a period of integration supported by sound healing with Kati. We will also explore creative expression through drawing, writing, or reflection to help process the experience. We will close the ceremony with a sharing circle to ground and anchor the journey.
This experience is open to anyone who feels called to explore breath as a pathway to healing, insight, and reconnection with their own inner wisdom.

About facilitators:
Tara Nichols is a ceremonial space holder, bioenergetic practitioner, astrologer, and breathwork facilitator walking the path of embodied medicine.
For the past five years she has supported individuals through transformational healing work that weaves together bioenergetics, astrology, breathwork, and ceremony. Her work is devoted to helping others awaken and embody their own medicine through deep listening, presence, and connection to ancestral wisdom.
Tara is an ordained minister and trained in Shamanic Breathwork through Linda Starwolf at Venus Rising. She sees breathwork as one of many sacred tools that help people reconnect with their inner healer and remember their own path.
Her approach honors the spiral nature of healing and invites participants into a journey of embodiment, integrity, and self empowerment.
Kati Astraeir is a visionary artist, musician, and sound healer who weaves voice, frequency, and intuitive instrumentation into ceremonial sound journeys. Her work is devoted to sound as medicine - guiding participants into their multidimensional nature while opening pathways to ancient remembrance, creative flow, and embodied presence. Kati’s offerings are experiential and poetic, inviting deep listening, inner exploration, and reconnection to the wisdom that already lives within.
