Or simply want to learn more about water safety & rescue?The American Red Cross Shallow Water Lifeguarding Blended Learning Course prepares participants to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies and provide professional-level care until EMS arrives.
Course Details:
✔ Max 10 participants
✔ 7-hour eLearning completed before class
✔ 20 hours classroom & in-water training
Prerequisites:
• Minimum age: 15
• Swim 100 yards continuously
• Tread water for 2 minutes (legs only)
• Complete a timed skills event
• Full attendance required to sit for exam
Course Schedule:
