Hello friends! Rebel here and I invite you to come try out the wonders of Shakti Yoga!

It’s known as "pleasure yoga" due to the free-flowing feeling you get throughout the practice. Shakti yoga emphasizes smooth movement and flowing transitions between poses. Breathing exercises and mantras are also integrated with the yoga practice. The purpose of Shakti yoga is to increase your energy, vitality and spirituality.
