Through gentle, graceful, flowing movement we will guide you on an inner journey of healing, connection and remembrance.
Engaging with the elements of nature and moving freely in waves and spirals, we will attune to our innate somatic wisdom and intuitive intelligence.
As we move, we will open deeply, celebrate our bodies and activate our divine feminine power and sacred nature.
To integrate the experience, we will softly and lovingly hold you in a nurturing rest with a soothing sound bath to finish.
