Shakti Dance Flow is a guided, somatic movement practice where you allow your body to be led by your life force energy (Shakti Kundalini) rather than structured choreography.
It blends intuitive dance, breath, music, and energetic awareness to help you release stored tension, reconnect with your body, and let your natural expression and vitality move freely.
It also blends integration circles and deeper in person learning on what Kundalini Mastery looks like.
