SHAKTI CIRCLEAn Evening of Grounding and Connection
Guided by Becca, Sierra, and Jessie.
All women, including cis and trans women, are warmly invited join us in nurturing the connection and feminine embodiment within ourselves and our community. Prepare for an evening of community building: guided reflection, moon magic, meditation, mantra, and sound healing.
January's special events will include spell jar crafting guided by Sierra and a lesson in therapeutic touch for self-care taught by Becca. This month's soundbath will feature Sierra on bowls, Becca on Cello, and Jessie Jo on Harp!
Upon arrival, enjoy fresh herbs provided by Sierra for a magical custom tea blend. Please bring a journal, your favorite mug, any altar offerings that call to you, and perhaps an instrument if you’d like to join our jam circle during the mantra. We’re honored to hold this sacred space for ALL women and can’t wait to see your beautiful faces!

YOUR GUIDES/ HOSTS:
1. Becca is a bodyworker who specializes in gentle movement-based therapies. She
loves to find the flow that works best for you. Becca’s intentional practice focuses
on mental, physical, and spiritual unwinding. She seeks to encourage you to move beyond the tensions that have been limiting you, and to embrace a deep sense of
rest and rejuvenation.
2. Sierra is a yoga/movement teacher who specializes in vinyasa, yin and free flow, intuitive movement. She is passionate about holding space to allow others to feel safe and loved, encouraging a deeper healing and connection to oneself. Sierra is beyond excited to hold this space for women to become more in tune with their divine femininity and fall deeper in love with their truest self.
WHAT TO BRING:
1. Dress up and dress warmly, ! Make that it's comfortable clothing that allows for some light yoga flow & free flow movement
2. Alter contributions (crystals, statues, elements of nature, photos, or anything that
represents you and resonates with your heart)
3. Yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on/engage in some light movement on
4. Mug for tea
5. Journal & pen
6. Eye mask (optional for meditation)
7. A mug for tea
8. A musical instrument (optional)
9. Anything else you feel called to contribute
