Shakti -Awaken Your Divine Feminine Energy

Dance and movement evokes the divine feminine by facilitating a connection with one's body, emotions, and intuition, allowing for the expression of fluidity, sensuality, and creative power.

In this workshop you will be guided into a dance and movement routine to evoke the divine feminine within. This will be followed by specific breathwork techniques that promote relaxation, increased awareness of thoughts and emotions, and a deeper connection to oneself.
