Shakesbeer: The Comedy of Errors
To commemorate the longstanding tradition of drinking on, off, and all around the stage, The Wit's Shakesbeer & Prost Brewing Company present a FREE frothy, hopped-up comedy with notes of mistaken identities and seeing double... at a taphouse!
THE PLAY:Two sets of separated-at-birth twins get repeatedly mistaken for one another in a series of escalating antics.
THE THING:The Wit's Shakesbeer is performing The Comedy of Errors, an original 60(ish)-minute adaptation of Shakespeare’s twinning-est comedy.
THE BEAUTY: Actors imbibe alongside the audience before and throughout the entire show… hijinx ensue. "Lambic" pentameter... "Vienna-style" verse—frankly, few things fit together like theatre and beer!
Open seating is first-come-first served, no tickets necessary. We encourage you to arrive with enough time to grab a drink before the show begins!
