Shaker's Rooftop Yoga

Welcome to Shaker's Rooftop Yoga! Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session with a breathtaking view at Shaker's Cigar Bar. Relax, stretch, and find your inner zen as you practice yoga under the open sky. This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and start your day feeling refreshed. We will be on their third rooftop, the one at the highest point.

We will be moving through an all-levels flow that will help you connect deeper with your body and practice. The class will be guided by Analisia White (Yoga By Analisia), a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with experience in several styles ranging from Vinyasa to Yin. This will be a vinyasa -style slower flow with modifications always offered. We will have an amazing view of the sunset as it begins to lower.

L ight jacket welcome weather permitting.
