The Painted Dog Research is a conservation organization dedicated to long-term research and conservation of painted dogs (AKA: African wild dogs). Guests will learn more about Painted Dog Research through speakers Katie Kimble and Danielle Decker.
Katie and Danielle both work at the Sedgwick County Zoo and in 2022, made their first trip to Zimbabwe to spend time at Painted Dog Research. Katie and Danielle's presentation will discuss the importance of the Painted Dog Research, what it's about, the role that Sedgwick County Zoo has played in the research organization, and more.
